Caley performs physical therapy evaluations and provides weekly skilled physical therapy intervention to children in need of services. Services are provided on site at In the Orchard Pediatric Physical Therapy’s location on Morrill Road in Canterbury, NH.
In the Orchard’s treatment areas include a wheelchair-accessible, new construction clinic space, natural outdoor terrain, and constructed outdoor treatment area. There are also outdoor and indoor spaces for parents to enjoy while engaging in or observing their child’s session.
Caley has additional training in the action perception approach, Bal-A-Vis-X, aquatic therapy, neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT), reflex integration, and various taping techniques.
Physical therapy services are provided to children with mobility and movement impairments which can include (but are not limited to) diagnoses such as:
- Neurological disorders (such as cerebral palsy or muscular dystrophy)
- Genetic conditions (such as Down syndrome or Prader Willis Syndrome)
- Autism
- Developmental coordination disorder
- Neurological trauma (such as stroke or traumatic brain injury)
- Gait abnormalities
- Postural changes
- Torticollis
- Developmental delay
- Hypotonia (low muscle tone) or hypertonia (high muscle tone)
- Impaired balance
- General strengthen deficits
- Acute or chronic injuries

Caley’s focus as your child’s physical therapist is YOUR CHILD. With her knowledge and tools and their goals, she can help them become the most physically confident and functional version of themselves.
Caley and In the Orchard Pediatric Physical Therapy collaborates closely with other local clinics and specialties like Roots Therapeutic Services (OT) and Tiny Talkers Speech Therapy in order to best support your child.
In the Orchard Pediatric Physical Therapy is in-network with NH Medicaid, WellSense, NH Healthy Families, Amerihealth Caritas, Martin’s Point, Anthem BCBS, Harvard Pilgrim and Health Plans Inc, United Healthcare, and Cigna. We are happy to provide a service bill for clients to submit to those insurances for whom we are not in network to be possibly reimbursed for out-of-network coverage.
