Caley is the owner and sole practitioner at In the Orchard Pediatric Physical Therapy, LLC. She graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2013 with her Doctor of Physical therapy degree. Caley capitalized on learning all aspects of being a physical therapist by going straight into traveling therapy out of college and continued to do travel therapy until she moved back to NH with her husband in 2016. Over that time she lived in Connecticut, Alaska, and Texas and worked in outpatient pediatric clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals. Traveling therapy helped Caley realize that pediatrics was her calling. Since moving back to NH, Caley has worked in sensory-specialty pediatric clinics in Concord and southern NH, most recently occupying the role of physical therapy director at Swing for the Stars in Concord for 3 1/2 years. She has the greatest respect for the collaboration between therapy disciplines in achieving the best possible results for the children under her care. Her idea to start In the Orchard stemmed from a simple need to be outside and to give that same opportunity to children needing physical therapy services.
In the Orchard is located on Caley’s property in Canterbury, 5.24 acres of beautiful, rural land dotted with maple trees and rustic stone walls. Caley has a clear vision that formed in the summer of 2021 and she’s been working to make that vision come to life ever since. Creating the treatment space has been one of the most exciting and rewarding experiences of her life. She can’t imagine a more deeply satisfying feeling than sharing her space and her love for her land with the clients and families she will help using her years of experience as a pediatric physical therapist.
